The Theatre Practice Volunteer Programme (TTPVP)

We welcome volunteers to participate in our production efforts. Volunteers are needed in the areas of front-house and back stage work, make-up, etc.

We also call for volunteers to assist us in daily administrative operations and major events management.

TTPVP holds a monthly gathering for all our members on the last Friday evening of every month! Providing you a sneak preview of our upcoming activities!

May:
Join us for a night of drama as we gather together in our cosy studio to watch the recording of Menage a 13 《十三角关系》! First staged in 1999 by famous Taiwanese director Stan Lai (赖声川), this script was then directed by The Theatre Practice’s Resident Director Wu Xi in 2005. Catch local actress Yeo Yann Yann’s sterling performance in the show! Join us for this exclusive screening and post-show dialogue with our other volunteers!

June:
Music lovers and karaoke enthusiasts, have you warmed up your vocals yet? We Sing Our Songs opens at our ‘night market’ on 2 July! But before that, join us for a blast in doing up the preparations for this mega sing-along session! With decorations to prepare and signs to paint, we’ll need all the help we can get, the more the merrier! So grab your friends and come have fun with us!

July:
We Sing Our Songs will be held on 2 July at Creative Resource Amphitheatre! Join us in this magical evening as we play the roles of ‘stall vendors’, selling food, drinks, merchandise, and of course, join in the crooning to classic hits and pop tunes as we sing the night away!
